All payments made to FREEDOM-CODES must be deemed donations to become a member.

All negotiable instruments and securities donated are hereby officially classified as gifts, exempt from the jurisdiction of the United States, pursuant to 28 USC 1746. Any man or woman becoming a member fully agrees to these terms.

Lawful money, specifically gold and silver tender, may also be accepted.

All payments shall be processed within the territorial bounds, which is defined as an unincorporated foreign government pursuant to 18 USC 11.

Furthermore, no jurisdictional immunity is either implied or expressly waived, including but not limited to the provisions set forth in 28 USC 1605(a)(1).

Freedom-Codes hereby affirm that they are not soliciting or requesting any benefits from any incorporated entity.

All men and women who are members, shall engage in commercial transactions utilizing the franchise of their Sole Proprietorship name, displayed in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS, and affirm that those franchises are nationals of the United States in accordance with 8 USC 1101(a)(22)(A).
